Your plan

Settings → Pricing shows your current plan and next billing date.

• Upgrade Now: compare plans and subscribe. Some plans include a free trial.
• Pay Now: pay an outstanding invoice.
• Payments: download your invoices.

Some features, such as the AI template generator and custom templates in campaigns, depend on your plan. If your plan doesn’t include a feature, you’ll see “Your current plan does not support this feature.”

Wallet

WhatsApp messages and AI usage are paid from your wallet balance, which is shown in the profile menu.

To add funds, go to Pricing → Wallet, choose an amount or enter a custom amount, and pay. Funds are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Caution

Online top-ups currently support INR only. If you see “Contact support to enable top-ups”, your account doesn’t have a billing currency yet, so contact support to set one. If you see “Ask an account admin to top up the wallet”, you don’t have permission to add funds.

You’ll get a Low Credit Balance warning before you run out. If you see Credit Balance Empty, messages can’t be sent until you top up.

Usage

The Usage table on the Pricing page lists every AI charge: the provider, the model, the tokens used, and your balance before and after.
