WhatsApp Flows (forms)
WhatsApp Flows are forms that open inside WhatsApp. Customers can book an appointment, sign up or answer a survey without leaving the chat. They’re under Settings → Flows.
Create a flow
Section titled “Create a flow”- Click Add Whatsapp Flow.
- Enter a Flow Name, then choose a Category (e.g. Appointment Booking, Lead Generation, Survey), a Channel and a Use Case.
- Pick a starting point: Custom Flow, or a built-in template such as Contact Form or Appointment Booking.
- Design Screens: drag fields onto each screen.
- Review & Save, then Upload JSON. The flow is now a Draft. Use Preview to try it.
- Go Live: click Publish.
Field types

Every field has a Label and a Required option. The button at the bottom of a screen can Complete the flow, Navigate to another screen, Open URL or exchange data.
Send a flow
Section titled “Send a flow”- In a template: add a Flow button when you create the template.
- In chat: Attach → Interactive → Flow (within the 24-hour window).
- In a workflow: use the Message action with type Flow.
Read responses
Section titled “Read responses”Click Responses on a flow to see each contact’s answers. Answers are also available as variables in workflows, so you can react to them automatically, for example by tagging leads with a high budget.
Library
Section titled “Library”The Library Whatsapp Flows tab has ready-made flows. Click Add to My Flows to use one. If you’ve created flows directly in Meta, click Sync Whatsapp Flows to bring them in.
