Integrations overview

Integrations connect Wabot to the tools you already use, so you can send order confirmations, recover abandoned carts and sync leads automatically.

Go to Settings → Integrations. Filter by Connected, E-commerce, CRM or Productivity, then click Configure on a card.

What happens when you connect

Once your details are saved, Wabot sets up the integration for you and shows its progress:

1. Verifying WhatsApp settings
2. Installing webhooks in your store
3. Installing message templates
4. Waiting for Meta to approve the templates
5. Cloning the ready-made workflows
6. Finalizing setup

When you see Setup Complete!, you’re done. If a template is rejected or setup fails, open the integration and check its details.

Each integration has two tabs:

• Templates: the messages it uses
• Automation: switches for each automation, such as order confirmation or abandoned cart

You can also build your own automations with the integration’s triggers in Workflows.
