QR codes, ads & more tools
QR codes
Section titled “QR codes”Settings → QR Code → Generate QR Code creates a QR code that opens a WhatsApp chat with you, with a message already typed in.
- Choose the phone number and enter the prefilled text, e.g. “Hi, I’d like a demo”.
- Optionally upload your logo and pick a colour.
- Download it as PNG or SVG and print it on menus, packaging or posters.
Every QR code also has a deep link URL you can use on websites and in social posts. Combine it with a workflow that matches the prefilled text to reply automatically.
Meta Ads and leads
Section titled “Meta Ads and leads”Settings → Meta Ads shows your click-to-WhatsApp ads once an ad account is linked. To link one, go to Settings → Meta Platforms → ⋮ → Meta Ad Account.
- Sync Ads fetches your latest ads. Filter by ad account, status or name.
- Click View Leads on an ad to see the people who messaged you from it, a lead trend chart, and the top-performing ad. Use Sync Leads to update the list.
Message settings
Section titled “Message settings”Settings → Message Settings controls how fast bulk messages go out, which protects your number:
| Setting | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Maximum messages per second | The default is 80. It can be raised up to 1,000 |
| Maximum messages per user per minute | 1–10, so customers aren’t flooded |
| Burst and wait time | Pause briefly after a burst to one person |
| Retry and auto-pause | Retry failures with backoff. Pause automatically if failures or blocks rise |
Going over platform limits can get your account temporarily blocked.
Activities
Section titled “Activities”Settings → Activities is a log of messages across your team. Filter it by user and channel.
Data View
Section titled “Data View”Settings → Data View lists the data collected by workflows and AI bots, such as questions and answers from a lead form. Filter by type, status and date, and click View Data to see each answer.
