Commerce & payments
The E-Commerce page lets you sell from your WhatsApp catalog, take payments in the chat and track orders. You need a connected WhatsApp number first.
Set up your shop
Section titled “Set up your shop”The page shows a setup checklist. Complete each step in order:
- Connect Meta business: click Connect with Facebook.
- Select a catalog: choose the Meta catalog to use and click Link catalog.
- Configure payments: give the configuration a name and pick a provider: Razorpay, Cashfree or UPI.
- Add products (see below).
Products
Section titled “Products”Add products one by one, or click Import from CSV:
- Upload a CSV of up to 5 MB, match its columns to product fields, and review.
- Every row needs a name, a price above 0 and an image URL.
Each product has an availability (In stock, Out of stock, Preorder…), a condition and optional variants.

Use Sync with Meta catalog to bring the catalog up to date, and Send whole catalog to share it in a chat.
Sell in chat
Section titled “Sell in chat”In the inbox composer, go to Attach → Interactive and choose one of these:
- Catalog, product or product list: let customers browse and add to their cart
- Payment request or custom payment: ask for a specific amount
- Payment for catalog items: charge for the items in an order
Orders
Section titled “Orders”The Orders tab shows total orders, revenue collected, and paid, pending and failed payments. You can view the last 7, 30 or 90 days, all time, or a custom period. Search by customer, phone, reference ID or transaction ID, and open an order to see its items, payment details, shipping and the customer’s notes.
